For 18 years my family and I struggled with health issues like asthma, eczema, reflux, migraines, blood sugar intolerance, hormone imbalances, leaky gut, aches, and pains.  Every doctor we saw only wanted to prescribe more medications which we didn't want to take due to all the side effects.  In 2017, we began to make nutritional changes.  In just 3 weeks, we saw drastic improvements in our kids' health, as well as mine and my husband's. 

I worked with a naturopath for 3 years and have continued to study the body and how to use food as medicine.   I am now a certified nutrition consultant and health coach.  God created our bodies to heal and I am blessed with the opportunity to help others find solutions to their health issues/goals through nutrition and natural supplementation.
